On Sunday,
October
1, 2006,
RCRMC
participated
in the
American
Heart
Association’s
(AHA)
annual
Inland
Empire
Heart
Walk at
Fairmount
Park,
Riverside.
Over 130
employees
came to
walk and
show their
support
of the
efforts
to bring
awareness
to finding
a cure
and prevention
of heart
disease,
the number
one killer
of women
in America.
RCRMC
developed
signature
t-shirts
sporting
big red
hearts
with the
logo “our
people,
our patients,
our future”
– they
were impossible
to miss
at the
walk.
Through
RCRMC’s
fundraising
efforts
and hard
work,
total
contributions
towards
this worthy
event
are approaching
$15,000.
