The RCRMC Foundation’s goal is to assist RCRMC by providing much needed equipment and fund vital programs to best serve patient’s who receive their medical care at our Facility. Proceeds from the 2007 Festival of Trees allowed the RCRMC Foundation to donate over $220,000 of equipment to RCRMC. The equipment donated this year includes:
- Two Transport Monitors for Trauma Services
- Three Warming Lamps for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Three Phototherapy Light Systems for the Labor & Delivery and Pediatrics Units
- A Video Laryngoscope for the Emergency Department
- Nine Procedure Carts for the Emergency Department
- An EKG Machine for the Emergency Department
- A Non Stress Test Ultrasound Machine and Exam Table for the Obstetrics Deoartment
- Two Infant Warmers for the Labor & Delivery Unit
- Two Transport Monitors for the Surgery Department
- Twenty Rocking Chairs for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Since its inception, the RCRMC Foundation has donated over $2,500,000 of equipment to Riverside County Regional Medical Center in addition to supporting many special programs. Monies raised by the RCRMC Foundation augment rather than substitute existing funding sources for RCRMC. |
