The RCRMC Foundation’s goal is to assist RCRMC by providing much needed equipment and fund vital programs to best serve patient’s who receive their medical care at our Facility. Proceeds from the 2006 Festival of Trees allowed the RCRMC Foundation to donate over $240,000 of equipment to RCRMC. The equipment donated this year includes:
- Four Transcutaneous Blood Gas Monitors for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Twenty Sleep Chairs for the Pediatric and Pediatric Intensive Care Units
- Otoacoustic Emissions Equipment for the Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic
- Two Transport Ventilators for the Respiratory Department
- One Operating Table for the Labor & Delivery Unit
- Two Monitors for the Post Anesthesia Care Unit
- One Anesthesia Monitor for the Anesthesia and Surgery Departments
- Surgical Power Equipment for the Orthopedic Department
Since its inception, the RCRMC Foundation has donated over $2,300,000 of equipment to Riverside County Regional Medical Center in addition to supporting many special programs. Monies raised by the RCRMC Foundation augment rather than substitute existing funding sources for RCRMC. |
