Q: How do I make an appointment for a Specialty Care Clinic?

A: In order to be seen in any of our specialty care clinics a referral from your Primary Care Physician will need to be faxed to our Provider Relations Department, at (951) 486-4035.

Q: How do I establish a Primary Care Physician?

A: Primary Care can be established near your home. For a list of Public Health Clinics, click here.

Q: How do I get an authorization for a Specialty Care Clinic?

A: In order to be seen in any of our Specialty Care Clinics you must have an authorization form from Your Primary Care Physician. If you are seen in any Emergency Room at any hospital, please be sure to contact your Primary Care Physician to obtain authorization prior to being seen in our clinics. In the event that you do not obtain authorization, you may be rescheduled or redirected to the proper Specialist.

Q: How do I cancel or change my appointment?

A: Please call (951) 486-4000 and follow the option menu for scheduling appointments.

Q: Do you have any other questions or concerns?

A: If you have other questions, click here and submit your question, and one of our Clinic Supervisors will respond to your questions or concerns.

Q: Do you have any suggestions for us?

A: Your comments and suggestions are welcomed. All RCRMC clinics have survey forms. Please ask for one and drop it in our box located at the front of each clinic.
