referral
only. When
arriving
for
your
appointment,
you
must
first
register
at the
Outpatient
Registration
desk,
located
in the
Medical
Mall
on the
first
floor.
When
coming
to your
appointment,
please
remember
this

any
and
all
instructions
or
directions
given
to
you
at
the
time
your
appointment
was
scheduled
- Arrive
45
minutes
prior
to
your
appointment
time
to
allow
time
to
register
- Bring
your
Medi-Cal
card
or
insurance
card
- Children
(unless
they
are
the
patient)
must
be
supervised
by
an
adult
at
all
times
in
the
waiting
area
